Yes, Agropro is a local, family-owned company. We are not a franchise. Our office is located in Woodstock, GA. The owner is originally from Georgia and has over 24 years of local lawn and plant health care experience. We know what it takes to keep your property looking its best.
Our office is open between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday.
We offer paperless billing. After each service, you will receive a service summary email with a “view invoice” link. You can also log into your customer account to view invoices, make a payment, or request extra service. Log into your account by clicking here.
We offer two convenient payment options:
Autopay – We keep a credit card on file, and you will be charged after the service is provided each time.
Prepay – You can also prepay for the entire calendar year and receive a discount on your services.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
We guarantee your complete satisfaction with every service we provide. If you are not satisfied with one of Agropro’s services, we will repeat that service FREE of charge for up to 30 days after the service. This guarantee covers re-treatment only.
Agropro strives to provide the highest quality lawn care and plant care services available and to make every customer satisfied. If the Customer is unsatisfied with a treatment or service for any reason, Agropro will return to the Customer’s property free of charge for up to thirty (30) days after such treatment or service is performed, provided that there is no past due balance on the Customer’s account, and provided that a re-treatment will not, in the opinion of Agropro, negatively impact the Customer’s lawn or plants. While Agropro will make all reasonable efforts to convey to the Customer what to expect and how to maintain the lawn and/or plant areas for optimal results, the Customer acknowledges that there are several relevant factors over which Agropro has no control (for example, temperature, drought, foot traffic, watering, mowing, and shade). Agropro does not have a warranty for the replacement of turfgrass or plant material.

We don’t offer mowing or landscaping services. We provide fertilization, weed control, insect control, disease control, core aeration, seeding, and soil testing for your lawn and landscape.

All weeds are covered under our regular lawn care program, so there are no extra charges for grassy weed control or “difficult to control” weeds. However, certain weeds may take multiple treatments to control. At Agropro, we believe when you hire us to treat your lawn, your weeds become our responsibility.
Normally one treatment will not eliminate all the weeds in your lawn, especially if your lawn has not been properly treated in the past. Certain weeds take multiple treatments to control. However, you will see improvement after every treatment. This is the primary reason we do not offer one-time services.
Our goal is to give every customer a weed-free lawn. However, many factors can cause weed emergence in your lawn. There are also numerous weeds that are not controlled by pre-emergents. These weeds must be treated once they emerge. This is one reason why our service is continuous. We carry products specific to each of these difficult weed types on our trucks and are prepared to treat them when we service your property. We also offer free service calls if you notice a weed problem between services.
Our equipment is designed to treat 1,000 sq. ft. per minute. This means that an average-sized lawn of 8,000 sq. ft. should take 8 minutes to treat from start to finish.
You should allow liquid treatments time to dry before walking on the lawn, which is approximately 30 minutes. You can walk on the lawn immediately after a granular application.
Most products we apply need to be watered into the soil to maximize results. Rainfall or irrigation will not hinder the results of a treatment; it will actually improve the effectiveness. However, we will not treat your lawn if we feel the weather conditions will affect the results of the treatment.
Agropro will never apply a product to your lawn or landscape plants that will harm you or your pets. We use the safest, most effective products available in our programs. We will always make sure that pets are inside during our treatments. We will not apply a liquid application if your pet is in an area we are treating. Always allow time for liquid treatments to dry before releasing your pet into the treated area. Most treatments will dry within 30 minutes.
We do not offer post-emergent weed control or spot spraying of weeds in planting beds. We recommend purchasing a product labeled for weeds in planting beds and spot spraying any existing weeds on a weekly basis.
Yes. If you would like a full soil test report, we charge $25.00 to pull the soil test and send you a detailed report from a local soil testing lab. The turnaround time is normally 2 weeks.
We check the pH and nutrient levels of your soil when we start your service. Once we review the results, we will contact you if we see a major issue that needs to be addressed with a supplemental treatment. If the results are normal, we will keep a record of the soil pH on your account. We do not retain hard copies of soil test reports. However, if you would like a full soil test report for your records, we charge $25.00 to pull the soil test and send you a detailed report from a local soil testing lab.
Fungicide treatments are not included in our regular lawn care program. However, we will notify you if we see signs of disease in your lawn and take the proper action to control the disease upon your approval. We also recommend contacting us immediately if you suspect you have disease activity in your lawn. We offer preventative disease control programs for all grass types.
Disease control treatments last up to 28 days. We guarantee control for 21 days. This guarantee covers re-treatment if the disease becomes active within 21 days after the service. Agropro does not warranty the replacement of turfgrass or plant material.
Insecticide treatments are not included in our regular lawn care program. However, we will notify you if we see signs of insects in your lawn and take the proper action to control them upon your approval.
